Return Window

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your order within the specified timeframes:

  • Standard Orders: 30 days from delivery date
  • Custom Orders: 14 days from delivery date
  • Rush Orders: 7 days from delivery date

Items must be postmarked for return within the applicable return window to be eligible for refund or exchange.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • Free from stains, odors, or damage
  • With all original tags and packaging intact
  • Returned in the original packaging materials
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order number

Important Note:

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

Our team will review your request and provide:

  • Return authorization number (RMA)
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Return address and packaging guidelines

Step 3: Package & Ship

Carefully package your items and ship them to:

Refund Policy

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item(s), we'll process your refund within:

  • 7 days for complete refund processing (inspection, approval, and payment)
  • Original payment method will be credited

Refund Methods

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to original card within 3-5 business days
  • PayPal: Refunded to PayPal account within 1-2 business days
  • Bank Transfers: Processed within 5-7 business days

Partial Refunds

If you return only part of your order, we'll refund the cost of the returned items minus any applicable shipping charges.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items returned after the applicable return window
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
  • Items without original tags and packaging
  • Custom orders with personalized designs or specifications
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or clearance items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear

Custom Order Exception

We will accept returns for custom orders only if there's a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Design dissatisfaction does not qualify for returns on custom items.

Exchanges

Size Exchanges

We offer size exchanges for standard items within 30 days of delivery. To request a size exchange:

  • Contact us within the return window
  • Specify the new size needed
  • Return the original item in new condition
  • We'll ship the replacement at no additional cost

Processing Time

Size exchanges typically take:

  • 5-7 business days to receive your return
  • 2-3 business days to process and ship replacement
  • 3-5 business days for delivery

Shipping Responsibility

  • Return Methods: At a drop-off location or by mail
  • Return Label: Customer responsibility for all return shipping
  • Processing Fees: No cost for returns
  • Our Error: We pay for return shipping and provide prepaid label
  • Size Exchange: We pay for return shipping and replacement shipping

Insurance Recommendation

We recommend insuring your return package for the full value and using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

Keep your tracking number until your return is processed and refund is issued.

Our Mistakes

If we made an error with your order, we'll make it right at no cost to you:

  • Wrong Item: Full refund + replacement at no charge
  • Defective Product: Full refund + replacement at no charge
  • Wrong Size: Size exchange at no charge
  • Printing Error: Full refund + replacement at no charge

Quick Resolution Promise

If we made a mistake, we'll resolve it within 48 hours of receiving your return and may even upgrade your shipping on the replacement.
